The saxophone and guitar heavy, ambient set captures the instrumental interplay and unique textural sounds for which Manzanera and Mackay have come to be known for.

5 de sept. de 2023 · Roxy Music musicians Phil Mazanera and Andy Mackay have once again joined forces for an new instrumental album, AM PM, which will be released through BFD/The Orchard on October 13, You can watch the air's new video for Blue Skies below.
After Roxy Music's dissolution in 1983, Mackay joined with Roxy guitarist Phil Manzanera to form the Explorers, featuring Bryan Ferry-soundalike James Wraith on lead vocals. The group released a self-titled album in 1985 and three years later resurfaced as Manzanera and Mackay.
Thankfully, and miraculously, MacKay not only got better but returned to music by participating in Roxy Music’s 50th anniversary tour in 2022 recording new music with his old friend and fellow Roxy Music member Phil Manzanera.
