Alexander Stewart, Duke of Albany (c. 1454 – 7 August 1485), was a Scottish prince and the second surviving son of King James II of Scotland. He fell out with his older brother, King James III , and fled to France, where he unsuccessfully sought help.

Alexander Stewart, duke of Albany (born c. 1454—died 1485, France) was the second son of James II of Scotland, created duke of Albany in or before 1458. Both he and John, earl of Mar, quarrelled with their brother James III, who imprisoned them in 1479.
