Marcello Cesare Augusto Petacci (Italian pronunciation: [marˈtʃɛllo ˈtʃeːzare auˈɡusto peˈtattʃi]; Rome, 1 May 1910 – Dongo, Lombardy, 28 April 1945) was an Italian surgeon and businessman, the brother of actress Maria Petacci and of dictator Benito Mussolini's lover Clara Petacci.

Las muertes de Clara Petacci y de su hermano mayor Marcello en 1945 fueron un duro golpe para la familia Petacci. En 1962 falleció la madre de Clara, Giuseppina Persichetti, a los 74 años de edad. En 1970 falleció el padre de Clara, Francesco Saverio Petacci, a los 87 años de edad.
