Eric IV (c. 1216 – 10 August 1250), also known as Eric Ploughpenny or Eric Plowpenny (Danish: Erik Plovpenning), was King of Denmark from 1241 until his death in 1250. His reign was marked by conflict and civil wars against his brothers.

Erico IV Plovpenning ( Copenhague, 1216- Copenhague, 1250) fue rey de Dinamarca (1241-1250). Fue el hijo primogénito de Valdemar II y de su segunda esposa, Berenguela de Portugal. 1 . Sucedió a su padre en 1241. 2 Luchó contra su hermano, el duque Abel. Derrotado y hecho prisionero, fue asesinado.
