María Isabel de Holstein-Gottorp (en alemán, Marie Elisabeth von Holstein-Gottorf; Hamburgo, 21 de marzo de 1678-Quedlinburg, 17 de julio de 1755) fue entre 1718 y 1755 princesa-abadesa de la abadía imperial de Quedlinburg.
Biografía. María Isabel era la hija del duque Federico III de Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorp (1597-1659) y de su esposa, María Isabel de Sajonia (1610-1684), hija del elector Juan Jorge I de Sajonia y de Magdalena Sibila de Prusia.
