Marisa Pavan (născută Maria Luisa Pierangeli; n. 19 iunie 1932, Cagliari, Regatul Italiei – d. 6 decembrie 2023, Gassin, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Franța) a fost o actriță de origine italiană care a devenit cunoscută mai întâi ca soră geamănă a vedetei de film Pier Angeli (Anna Maria Pierangeli) înainte de a atinge succesul în film pe cont propriu.
Marisa Pavan fue una actriz italiana activa entre las décadas de 1950 y 1970. Es hermana gemela de la también actriz Pier Angeli. Debutó en el cine en el año de 1952 en la película What Price Glory. Falleció el 6 de diciembre de 2023 a los 91 años, en su residencia de Gassin, cerca de Saint-Tropez, en Francia.
