  6. Max Benitz was born in 1985. As a teenager he had a leading role in Peter Weir’s Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World. After graduating he worked in a local media job in Kabul and then at the Royal United Services Institute where he focussed on the British Army’s role in Afghanistan.
