Count Alexander "Sascha" Joseph von Kolowrat-Krakowsky (29 January 1886 – 4 December 1927) was an Austrian film producer of Bohemian - Czech descent from the House of Kolowrat. A pioneer of Austrian cinema, he founded the first major film studio Sascha-Film in Vienna .

Count Alexander Kolowrat also discovered actress Marlene Dietrich and director Michael Curtiz (famous for Casablanca). His younger brother, Jindřich Josef (1897–1996), was a prominent politician, diplomat, national economist, anti-Nazi fighter and patron in the spirit of the Kolowrat ancestral tradition.

Alexander Kolowrat-Krakowsky (1886–1927), Leopold Filip's oldest son, inherited the Kolowrat-Krakowsky estate became his oldest son. Alexander, called Sascha, was a successful car and motorcycle racing driver but also a film producer. Sascha founded the Sascha-Film company, which discovered actor Marlene Dietrich.
He was a Czech race car driver, pilot and the founder of the Austrian film industry. He began racing as a student, during which time he also beat the world speed record. He was the co-owner of auto manufacturer Laurin & Klement, which eventually merged with the Skoda company.
Alexander Kolowrat was born on 29 January 1886 in Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA. He was a producer and director, known for Pampulik kriegt ein Kind (1912), Pampulik hat Hunger (1913) and Der Liebe Macht, des Rechtes Sieg (1918). He was married to Sophie Nikolajevna Trubecká. He died on 4 December 1927 in Vienna, Austria.
