Michael Robert Willesee, AO [1] (29 June 1942 – 1 March 2019) was an Australian television journalist, interviewer and presenter. Early life and family. Willesee was born the son of politician, Western Australian ALP senator and foreign minister Don Willesee, who served in the Whitlam government and his wife Gwendoline Clark Willeesee.
