Loretta Mary Aiken (March 19, 1897 – May 23, 1975), known by her stage name Jackie "Moms" Mabley, was an American stand-up comedian and actress. Mabley began her career on the theater stage in the 1920s and became a veteran entertainer of the Chitlin' Circuit of black vaudeville.

She modeled her stage persona largely on her grandmother, who had been an enslaved person.
Jackie "Moms" Mabley (1897–1975) was a stand-up comedian and a pioneer in the "Chitlin' Circuit" of African American vaudeville performance spaces. Born Loretta Mary Aiken in Brevard, North Carolina, she joined the vaudeville circuit at 14 as a comedienne after a very difficult childhood.
