14 de jul. de 2023 · Monika Mann died seven days after giving birth to twins at Fiona Stanley Hospital. She was discharged six days post delivery, but returned with abdominal pain the next day. Ms Mann had existing health issues, including heart disease and a mechanical heart valve.
