The City of Victoria, (Chinese: 維多利亞市 or 維多利亞城) often called Victoria City or simply Victoria (維城), was the de facto capital of Hong Kong during its time as a British dependent territory. It was initially named Queenstown but was soon known as Victoria.

The park first opened to the public in October 1957 and was revamped in the early 2000s. Owned and operated by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong, the park is open all year, free of admission charge.
