Visegrád (pronunciado /ˈviʃɛgraːd/) o Visegrado (en checo: Vyšehrad) es una localidad de Hungría, al norte de Budapest, en el margen derecho del río Danubio. Tiene una población de 1.841 (1-1-2018).
El Grupo de Visegrado tiene un antecedente histórico en el pacto de Visegrado en 1335, cuando el rey Carlos Roberto de Hungría convocó a una reunión en el palacio de Visegrado (en húngaro: Visegrád) al rey Casimiro III de Polonia y al rey checo Juan I de Bohemia.

Magyarország egyik legkisebb városa, népszerű kirándulóhely, kikötőváros. Vára, mely egy alsó várból és egy citadellából áll, kiemelkedő jelentőségű: a középkorban a magyar királyok egyik legfontosabb rezidenciája állt itt, később pedig a Visegrádi Csoport (V4) 1991-es találkozó helyeként ismert.

Višegrad ( Serbian Cyrillic: Вишеград, pronounced [ʋǐʃeɡraːd]) is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It rests at the confluence of the Drina and the Rzav river. As of 2013, the municipality has a population of 10,668 inhabitants, while the town of Višegrad has a population of 5,869 inhabitants.
