If this feels like the case for you, a good approach to relieving anxiety about the upcoming workweek is to use your Sunday afternoon or early evening to get prepared for the week. For instance, you can set a routine for preparing your meals, work clothes and other necessities ahead of time, or plot out your personal and work calendars for the week.

    2. You experience newly occurring physical ailments

    Aches and pains that you notice growing over time are important to discuss with your doctor to rule out any physical health or medical issues.
