El Palacio de Köpenick es un palacio barroco rodeado de agua de los electores Hohenzollern de Brandeburgo que se encuentra en una isla en el río Dahme rodeado de un parque de estilo inglés y da nombre a Köpenick, un distrito de Berlín.
Un palacio barroco en una pequeña isla, rodeado de un parque de estilo inglés con olmos y árboles ginkgo, algunos de más de 350 años. El Palacio Köpenick es un lugar lleno de historia. Aquí se encontraron restos arqueológicos de tumbas de la Edad de Piedra y fortificaciones eslavas del siglo VIII.
En el palacio (Schloss Köpenick), construido entre 1677 y 1689, los Staatliche Museen zu Berlin muestran las colecciones del Kunstgewerbemuseum que permanecen en Berlín Oriental desde 1963. En 2004, después de diez años de extensas renovaciones, el palacio fue reabierto como segunda sede del Kunstgewerbemuseum.
