Tobias Forge (Linköping, Suecia, 3 de marzo de 1981) es un músico y cantante sueco conocido por ser el vocalista de la banda de heavy metal Ghost bajo el nombre de Cardinal Copia/Papa Emeritus. Su identidad como Papa Emeritus fue confirmada en 2017 a raíz de una demanda de parte de sus antiguos compañeros de banda.

Papa Emeritus (later known as Papa Emeritus I) was the frontman of Ghost during the Opus Eponymous cycle from 2008-2012.
Papa I's mask is the only one that was not custom made, instead being a premade foam mask called Walter Grey #103.
Papa I wore two costumes during the Opus Eponymous era. The first costume was a red and black chasuble with upside down crosses and a mitre with the black Grucifix. For the second costume, during the end of the Opus era, his chasuble was white and black with gold grucifixes on the front.
Papa I made his live debut the 23rd of October 2010 during the Hammer Of Doom festival in Würzburg, Germany.
On December 15, 2012 during a special live show at the band's hometown of Linköping, Sweden, Papa I retired and was replaced by Papa Emeritus II.

He is the leader and primary songwriter of the masked rock band Ghost, performing live as their vocalist under the stage names Papa Emeritus and Cardinal Copia.
Papa Emeritus IV (formerly Cardinal Copia) was the fourth frontman of Ghost, his cycle lasting from April 6, 2018 to October 11, 2023. He is stated to be the first frontman to not be a part of the Emeritus bloodline, though it is heavily implied he is the bastard son of Papa Nihil and Sister Imperator. He was the frontman for three albums.
