Patrick Wayne, pseudonyme de Patrick John Morrison, est un acteur américain né le à Los Angeles, Californie ( États-Unis ). Il est le fils du célèbre acteur John Wayne ( 1907 - 1979) et de sa femme Josephine Alicia Saenz ( 1908 - 2003 ). Il joua souvent aux côtés de son père. Son frère est l'acteur Michael Wayne.
Patrick Wayne was born on July 15, 1939, to John Wayne and Josephine Alicia Saenz in Los Angeles, California. He was the second of four children born to the couple. He was named Patrick John Morrison at birth but he later adopted his father’s last name and came to be known as Patrick Wayne.
Patrick Wayne stand neben den Großen vor der Kamera, brillierte neben seinem Vater, aber auch neben James Stewart, Henry Fonda, James Cagney, Jack Lemmon, Dennis Hopper und Richard Widmark.
