Paul Bevan Lieberstein is a Jewish-American writer, director, producer and actor from Connecticut who is known for his work on The Office and King of the Hill. In The Office, he also played Toby Flenderson, a frequently bullied HR department head who is targeted by Michael Scott at Dunder Mifflin Scranton.
