Paul Frederic Simon, född 13 oktober 1941 i Newark i New Jersey, är en amerikansk sångare, gitarrist, textförfattare, kompositör och skådespelare. Tillsammans med Art Garfunkel var Simon medlem av och låtskrivare i duon Simon and Garfunkel 1964 – 1970 och vid senare återföreningar 1981 – 1983 , 1991 , 2003 – 2004 och 2009 .

Ha raggiunto il successo, insieme ad Art Garfunkel, come membro dello storico duo Simon & Garfunkel, di cui è stato il principale compositore, ma è ricordato anche per i suoi album solisti intrisi di world music, in particolare africana e brasiliana.
