Philip le Despenser, 1st Baron le Despenser (18 October 1342 – 4 August 1401) Hawise Despenser (c.1345-10 April 1414), was the 2nd wife of Sir Andrew Luttrell, Lord Luttrell of Irnham by whom she had issue.
Philip le Despenser, 1st Baron le Despenser (18 October 1342 in Gedney, Lincolnshire, England – 4 August 1401) was the son and heir of Sir Philip le Despenser of Goxhill, grandson of Sir Philip le Despenser, and great-grandson of Hugh le Despenser, 1st Earl of Winchester.

The fifth creation of the title was made in 1387 for Philip le Despencer, great-grandson of Hugh the elder Despenser. The title became dormant on the death of his son Philip, the second baron, in 1424.
