Her third brother was Prince Henry of Battenberg, who married Princess Beatrice, a daughter of Queen Victoria, and was the father of Victoria Eugenie, Queen of Spain. Her fourth and youngest brother was Prince Francis Joseph of Battenberg, who married a daughter of king Nicholas I of Montenegro, but they had no children.

Tomb of Princess Beatrice and Prince Henry of Battenberg, with Lord Carisbrooke's ashes casket set into the wall above Lord Carisbrooke, died in 1960, aged 73, at Kensington Palace , and his ashes were buried within the Battenberg Chapel in St. Mildred's Church, Whippingham on the Isle of Wight .
