800 years ago, Yong'an was a provincial capital in Xianle located on the Lang-er Bay. It was a barren land where plants have a hard time growing which made the drought that hit Xianle even more pronounced as there were no more food, water and there are no income as there were no jobs. This caused a mass refugee to trickle into Xianle Capital City and caused many conficts. Soon not only people from Yong'an come to the Capital City but also from the poor cities along the way. Finally, the tension culminates in the citizen of Yong'an being exiled from the city. But as they cannot live anywhere else without risking death they waited outside the fortress and survived off rations given out by the king. The standstill was finally broken on the fifth day by the death of a family. The rebellion led by Lang Ying was successful in overthrowing Xianle royal family and from then on the kingdom became Yong'an kingdom.
