PROFYLE (PRecision Oncology For Young peopLE) is a pan-Canadian research project for children and young adults ages 29 and under who have been told they are out of treatment options, giving them another chance. Only oncologists can enroll patients in PROFYLE -- please check with your doctor for more information.
We got involved in PROFYLE as we saw it as an avenue to help with advocating. We realized that there needed to be more awareness and better resources to help the AYA group, including increasing the understanding of what AYA even was. PROFYLE is an avenue that gives hope to families, either to maintain life or improve quality of life.

Right now through social media, through radio, through a lot the fans just wanting Profyle to come back, it’s been tremendous and a blessing. A lot of other people don’t have that same thing going.
