Queens Boulevard is a major thoroughfare connecting Midtown Manhattan, via the Queensboro Bridge, to Jamaica in Queens, New York City, United States. It is 7.5 miles (12.1 km) long and forms part of New York State Route 25 . Queens Boulevard runs northwest to southeast from Queens Plaza at the Queensboro Bridge entrance in Long Island City.
Le Queens, officiellement et en anglais Queens, et l'un des cinq arrondissements (en anglais : borough) de la ville de New York, les quatre autres étant Manhattan, le Bronx, Brooklyn et Staten Island. Il se situe dans l'ouest de l'île de Long Island et entoure l'arrondissement de Brooklyn.
Queens wurde am 1. November 1683 gegründet, als die englische Kolonie New York in Countys eingeteilt wurde, und im Jahr 1898 nach New York City eingemeindet. Aus dem östlichen Teil von Queens County wurde 1898 das neue Nassau County gebildet, weil die Bewohner jenes Teils gegen die Eingemeindung nach New York City gestimmt hatten.
