According to Heimskringla, a Ragnhild Sigurdsdotter was the second wife of Halfdan the Elder (the first being Ragnhild Haraldsdotter Gulskeg). Hake, a berserker encountered her father in Hadeland and killed him, before kidnapping Ragnhild Sigurdsdotter from her home.
