At the top of the Netflix show last night, Richard Kind gave a speech about being "illiterate," and then his explanation was an extended metaphor about AIDS (I got it from sharing needles; I can still hug you) that I think was pulled from a '90s TV show or sitcom. (99% sure it wasn't the Captain Planet AIDs episode because I just checked that).
