Description. 220 Central Park South combines an 18-story building called "the Villa" that will sit comfortably amongst its comparably-sized neighbors facing Central Park and the 950-foot "Tower" rising behind it. The Villa's entrance and lobby will connect by an arcaded passage to the Tower, wrapping the motor court, entered from West 58th Street.
