Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 1st Viscount Cecil (born Sept. 14, 1864, London, Eng.—died Nov. 24, 1958, Tunbridge Wells, Kent) was a British statesman and winner of the Nobel Prize for Peace in 1937.
