Eudoxia Macrembolita ( griego Ευδοκία Μακρεμβολίτισσα, 1021-1096), fue la segunda esposa del emperador bizantino Constantino X Ducas. Después de que él muriese (1067) se convirtió en esposa de Romano IV Diógenes. Biografía. Eudoxia era sobrina de Miguel Cerulario, patriarca de Constantinopla, cuya hermana se había casado con Juan Macrembolita.

She acted as regent of her minor son, Michael VII in 1067, and resigned her regency by marriage to Romanos IV Diogenes.

His daughter, Eudokia Makrembolitissa, married Constantine Doukas and became Empress when the latter ascended the throne as Constantine X (r. 1059–1068); after his death she ruled as regent for her under-age sons until she re-married to Romanos IV Diogenes (r. 1068–1071).
