Lead guitarist Bill Henderson led the remaining former Collectors members: Glenn Miller (bass, guitar, backing vocals), Ross Turney (drums) and Claire Lawrence (flute, saxophone, keyboards, backing vocals); while he provided most of the vocals and did most of the composing.

29 de ago. de 2013 · The Collectors were comprised of Howie Vickers (lead vocals), Henderson (guitar, vocals), Claire Lawrence (saxophone, keyboards), Glenn Miller (bass guitar) and Ross Turney (drums). They were the first high-profile rock band out of Vancouver and had a string of minor hits in the late 1960s.
Dreams, Dreams, Dreams is the sixth album by the Canadian rock band Chilliwack. This was the eighth album (including two as The Collectors) done by the band's core of Bill Henderson, Glenn Miller and Ross Turney, and the third with Howard Froese.

Lights from the Valley is the seventh album by the Canadian rock band Chilliwack, released in June 1978; the album marked the recording debut of Brian MacLeod with the band, while serving as the swan song for founding Chilliwack members Glenn Miller and Ross Turney.

28 de jun. de 2023 · It was bandmate Ross Turney, who one day on the road said, "Why don't we call ourselves Chilliwack?" "We went, 'Why would we?'" recalls Henderson. Turney replied that "it's got a nice sound."
