Rupert Grint. Rupert Alexander Lloyd Grint [2] ( / ɡrɪnt /; born 24 August 1988) is an English actor. He is best known for his role as Ron Weasley, one of the three main characters in the Harry Potter series of movies. He was cast as Weasley at age eleven. Before that, Grint had acted only in school plays and his local theatre group.
