Finalists will be contacted directly by mid-February if invited to interview. Interview day will be hosted on campus in New Brunswick, NJ, in March. Finalists who cannot attend the on-campus event will be scheduled to interview virtually.

The department’s open approach included the founding of the first MFA program that was not discipline specific. These roots continue to influence experimental approaches in Art & Design. The BFA in Visual Arts offers concentrations in drawing, media, painting, photography, print, and sculpture.
