Sabino Cassese OMRI (born 20 October 1935) is an Italian jurist, former minister for the public function in the Ciampi government (1993–1994), and judge of the Constitutional Court of Italy (2005–2014). Sabino Cassese is Justice Emeritus of the Italian Constitutional Court and Emeritus professor at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa. He teaches at the Luiss University - School of Government. Since 1961, has served as professor at the Universities of Urbino, Naples, and Rome.
