Sabino Cassese is Justice Emeritus of the Italian Constitutional Court and Emeritus professor at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa. He teaches at the Luiss University - School of Government. Since 1961, has served as professor at the Universities of Urbino, Naples, and Rome.
19 de ene. de 2022 · S. Cassese: I share the German view on this point, that there is one branch of law, a unitary branch, that we call public law. But there are different traditions. Constitutional law was studied once as part of political science, with little reference to administrative law.
S. Cassese: I knew the hard sciences were not for me. I preferred history or philosophy. But a degree in these fields would not open the road to a job.
