Saliha Naciye Kadın (Ottoman Turkish: صالحہ ناجیہ خانم, "the devout one" and "saved and freed"; born Zeliha Ankuap; 1887 – 1923) was the last consort of Sultan Abdul Hamid II of the Ottoman Empire.

Saliha Naciye Hanım (1887 (?) - 5 Şubat 1924, İstanbul, Türkiye ), Sultan II. Abdülhamid 'in eşi, Şehzade Mehmed Abid Efendi ile Samiye Sultan 'ın annesi. Bazı kaynaklarda Abhaz olan Bartınlı Aslan Bey'in kızı olduğu söylenir. [1]

She was, together Saliha Naciye Kadın and Pesend Hanım, one of Abdül Hamid's favorite consorts, and she and Saliha Naciye was the only to remain with him until his death, while ti Pesend Hanim was not allowed this, but when she learned of his death she cut her hair as a sign of mourning.

Fatma Pesend was one of the most beloved Abdülhamid's consorts, with Müşfika Kadın and Saliha Naciye Kadın. Abdülhamid was especially fond and proud of her, and also trusted her greatly. She had a good reputation in the palace, and influence as well; outside, she was well known among the people for her good heart and good looks.
