Santa Catalina School is an independent, Catholic, all girls boarding and day school for grades 9-12 in Monterey, California. We empower girls to ask deeper questions, take braver chances, become bolder leaders, and embrace their most authentic selves.
Santa Catalina School is a private school in California founded by Sister Margaret Thompson and the Dominican Order in 1950. Situated on a 36-acre hacienda -style campus, the Upper School is an all-girls boarding school that also accepts local students.

Founded in 1950, Santa Catalina School is an independent, Catholic, day and boarding school for girls in California. We are located on 36 acres in beautiful Monterey, a two-hour drive south of San Francisco.
