Die Schule Schloss Salem beschäftigt als Internat und Schule rund 250 Mitarbeiter:innen. Neben den Schul- und Internatsleiter:innen mit Ihren Assistenzen und angeschlossenen Expertenteams kümmern sich die Bereiche Hauswirtschaft, Technik & Verwaltung um den laufenden Schul- und Internatsbetrieb.

Schule Schloss Salem has one of the largest scholarship programmes in Germany. Our scholarship fund is around 3.2 million Euros and currently supports around 20 percent of our students.
