Soon, she began working for the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Tribal Historic Preservation Office. Deanna was the THPO’s Archaeological Collections Assistant from 2017-2021.

Others, like fry bread, are newer in the recipe book but just as important. All of them show a relationship between natural Florida and the Seminole people and their culture.

Located on the Suwanee River, the park is approximately an hour north of Gainesville in White Springs, FL. Festival gates open at 8 am each day. Stage performances begin at 10 am, and end around 11 pm daily.
