Gene Siskel (January 26, 1946 – February 20, 1999) and Roger Ebert (June 18, 1942 – April 4, 2013), collectively known as Siskel & Ebert, were American film critics known for their partnership on television lasting from 1975 to Siskel's death in 1999.

gen siskel fue un renombrado crítico de cine, que se hizo famoso por su programa de televisión At The Movies, que presentó junto con su colega crítico Roger Ebert. Juntos hicieron un programa muy entretenido donde hablaron sobre películas y por qué funcionaban para ellas o no, influenciando a una nueva generación de amantes del cine.
14 de dic. de 2014 · Los días de vino y rosas para Ebert comenzaron en 1975, con el Pulitzer ya en la estantería, cuando la WTTW, la cadena pública de Chicago, tuvo la kamikaze ocurrencia de crear un programa de televisión llamado Siskel & Ebert.
