La catedral de Freiberg o catedral de Santa María (en alemán: Dom St. Marien) es una antigua iglesia de Alemania de origen medieval que hoy es la principal iglesia evangélica-luterana de la Iglesia Evangélica-Luterana de Sajonia de la ciudad de Freiberg, en Sajonia.

Freiburg Minster ( German: Freiburger Münster or Münster Unserer Lieben Frau) is the cathedral of Freiburg im Breisgau, southwest Germany. The last duke of Zähringen had started the building around 1200 in romanesque style. The construction continued in 1230 in Gothic style.
The cathedral of St. Mary is the most important medieval sacral building of Freiberg, the silver and Silbermann city's landmark and the centre of lived faith for the evangelical congregation. Built in 1180 as a romanesque basilica the cathedral is a cultural monument nowadays.
La Catedral de Friburgo fue construida en tres etapasː la primera en 1120, la segunda en 1210 y la tercera en 1230. Es un edificio de estilo gótico, aunque se edificó sobre una antigua iglesia de estilo románico, de la que aún se conservan los brazos del crucero.

Miraculously, Freiburg’s Cathedral was spared in the bombings during the war and now bears witness to over 800 years of Freiburg’s history. And so much history needs to be preserved, which is why nearly every day of the year, the Cathedral is being maintained, cleaned and restored.
