Spencer Perceval ( 1. marraskuuta 1762 – 11. toukokuuta 1812) oli englantilainen poliitikko. Hän toimi Englannin pääministerinä vuosina 1809 – 1812. Valtiovarainministerinäkin toiminut Perceval on ainoa Englannin pääministeri, joka on murhattu. John Bellingham ampui Percevalin alahuoneen eteisaulassa.
