St Cuthbert's Catholic High School is an outstanding all boys non selective school located in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England. 'Work hard and become a leader' (Proverbs 12 verse 24) is our mantra and since 1881 we have been empowering young men to take their place in society.
St Cuthbert's is a Catholic community in which students, staff, governors and friends work together to follow Our Mission and live by Our Golden Rule. As a community we work together to prepare the young people of St Cuthbert's for life in the modern world and to become caring citizens as well as resilient learners who achieve excellence.
The aim of English teaching at all levels at St Cuthbert’s is equip pupils with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve success in their careers and inspire them to enrich their cultural lives.
