We are a co-educational preparatory school for boys and girls aged 4 to 13 and a residential choir school for the boy choristers of St Paul's Cathedral. We have a unique location in the heart of the City of London and a history that can be traced back to the 12th century.
Home / Admissions / Fees. ST PAUL’S CATHEDRAL SCHOOL FEES 2024-2025. CHORISTERS. Parents pay: £10,855 per year. The Chapter of St Paul’s Cathedral pay the full tuition fees for choristers. DAY PUPILS. Prep School: £6,440 per term (£19,320 per year), including lunch. Pre-Prep: £5,982 per term (£17,946 per year), including lunch.
St Paul's School takes its name from St Paul's Cathedral in London. A cathedral school had existed since around 1103. By the 16th century however, it had declined, and in 1509, a new school was founded by John Colet , Dean of St Paul's Cathedral, on a plot of land to the north of the Cathedral.
