Susan Weil (born March 31, 1930) is an American artist best known for her experimental three-dimensional paintings, which combine figurative illustration with explorations of movement and space.

Collection of Susan Weil. Blueprints have been part of my life since I was a child. My brother and I used to make small blueprints of leaf, shells, paperclips, and any sort of object with an interesting silhouette.
Susan Weil is a painter, a printmaker, and a book artist, who lives in New York. She met Rauschenberg in 1948 when they were both art students at the Académie Julian in Paris.
