The Downward Road is the third album by Canadian power pop band The Pursuit of Happiness, released in 1993. The album peaked at #36 on the RPM Canadian Albums Chart. The album cover has several versions with different coloured backgrounds (red, blue, yellow and others).

4 de may. de 2014 · The result of TPOH’s uneasy sojourn in a hellish City of Angels is the appropriately titled The Downward Road. The band’s third album, it’s the first one that wasn’t recorded in New York with producer Todd Rundgren.
The band's follow-up album with Rundgren, 1990's One Sided Story, featured the hit singles "New Language" and "Two Girls in One." Although the album did not sell as well as Love Junk it was still a significant hit for the band.

Nearly Human is a 1989 album by the rock musician Todd Rundgren, released by Warner Bros. Records. It was his first release in four years, although he had been active as a producer in the intervening years. Many of the album's songs deal with loss, self-doubt, jealousy and spiritual recovery.
Todd Harry Rundgren ( Upper Darby, Pensilvania, 22 de junio de 1948) es un cantante, compositor, multiinstrumentista y productor musical estadounidense. Es conocido especialmente por dos de sus álbumes, aclamados por la crítica: Something/Anything? de 1972 y A Wizard, a True Star, de 1973. Rundgren lideró el grupo de rock progresivo Utopia.
