The Joy of Painting is an American half-hour instructional television show created and hosted by painter Bob Ross which ran from January 11, 1983, to May 17, 1994. In most episodes, Ross taught techniques for landscape oil painting, completing a painting in each session.

The Joy of Painting (El placer de pintar) fue un programa de televisión educativo estadounidense creado y presentado por el pintor Bob Ross que se desarrolló desde el 11 de enero de 1983 hasta el 17 de mayo de 1994. [1] [2] En cada episodio, Ross enseñó técnicas para pintar paisajes al óleo, completando una pintura en cada sesión. [3]
Las 31 temporadas de The Joy of Painting (o “El placer de pintar”), el programa de Bob Ross, están disponibles en YouTube. La serie original se transmitió desde 1983 hasta 1994, pero afortunadamente no desapareció de la televisión después de la muerte del artista.
