Legend Of The 7 Golden Vampires, on the other hand, was a much more enjoyable effort: helmed by Roy Ward Baker, it delivered stylish colourful photography, great fight choreography by kung fu legend Liu Chia-Liang, sexy ladies from around the world (Norwegian babe Julie Ege and Taiwanese cutie Szu Shih), as well as blood, boobs, bats and bonkers action set-pieces.

7 de nov. de 2023 · COMMENT. To conclude, The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires (1974) is a masterpiece of Dir. Chang Cheh, one of the most influential, essential classical films for Hong Kong cinema and the entire Chinese horror-fantasy action film genre.
It actually works quite well for the most part; though it's not an overly great outing by either studios standards. The plot is some nonsense about Dracula and a legend to do with Seven Golden Vampires in China. The bulk of the film concerns professor Van Helsing on a quest (with a load of Kung Fu fighters) to rid the world of the evil vampires.
