It actually works quite well for the most part; though it's not an overly great outing by either studios standards. The plot is some nonsense about Dracula and a legend to do with Seven Golden Vampires in China. The bulk of the film concerns professor Van Helsing on a quest (with a load of Kung Fu fighters) to rid the world of the evil vampires.
