Theodora Doukaina Komnene Palaiologina (Greek: Θεοδώρα Δούκαινα Κομνηνή Παλαιολογίνα; c. 1240 – 4 March 1303), also known as Theodora Vatatzaina (Greek: Θεοδώρα Βατάτζαινα), was the empress consort of the Byzantine emperor Michael VIII Palaiologos.

Theodora, who was the daughter of John Doukas and the wife of Michael VIII, outlived her husband by many years. She died in 1303.

Theodora Doukaina Komnene Palaiologina ( griego: Θεοδώρα Δούκαινα Κομνηνή Παλαιολογίνα; c. 1240 - 4 de marzo de 1303), generalmente conocida simplemente como Theodora Palaiologina, fue la emperatriz consorte del emperador bizantino Palaio Miguel VIII.
