Full Title - These Boots Are Made for Walkin' - the Complete MGM Recordings. 2002 compilation featuring all Hazelwood's recordings for the MGM label. 35 tracks, including three albums, 1966's 'The Very Special World of Lee Hazelwood', 1967's 'Lee Hazlewoodism, It's Cause & Cure' plus 1968's 'Something Special' which was only released in Germany.
This 2-CD set contains all his solo recordings for MGM from 1965-67, including the rare Something Special" LP, and comes with a fully illustrated 20-page biography." In the 1980s and 90s, Lee Hazlewood attracted a whole new audience drawn from a predominantly younger generation, who had chanced upon his music long after it had been recorded.
